Some pupils have statements that require them to be resident on the Lindsworth site. The residential provision operates from Monday until Thursday only. No pupils are accommodated at weekends. All pupils have their own bedrooms with en suite toilet and shower.
Before the start of each day, pupils report to one of the Home Units. In total there are 7 Home Units, which encompass the five year groups year groups as well as the Girl's Unit and the Residential Unit.

In the other Home units, many pupils stay on beyond the end of the school day to take part in various evening activities. We call this our Extended Day provision and, like residency, is offered four nights per week. Activities offered will vary according to the season, but can include swimming (either in our own pool or at one of the local leisure centres), football, badminton, table tennis, snooker, cooking, gardening or, perhaps, an occasional visit to a cinema or bowling alley. Pupils are encouraged to join in the numerous physical activities but they are equally free to "lounge" about the home watching t.v. or competing on the Playstation.
Meals are provided morning, afternoon and evening in all Homes and no charge is made to parents for this.
