Bullying Policy
An Anti-Bullying Policy is an integral part of the Whole School Behaviour Policy.
Although bullying behaviour comes within the basic behaviour management framework, because of its covert nature, implementation of a further system needs to be instigated so that children feel safe and secure.
All pupils referred to Lindsworth have some form of difficulty in the area of behaviour. To help pupils overcome these problems, the school operates procedures of Behaviour Management that encompass a number of different approaches.
